Dibba Rock the best dive site in the United Arab Emirates for beginners

I will start with a description, it is an immense rock about 400 meters from the shore with a fairly frequent and fickle current in its surroundings, depending on this it makes you completely change the direction and route for your dive. The maximum depth is about 14-16m depending on the tide, this depth is only reached in its rear part. in terms of marine life there is no other dive site like it in the entire UAE. Which makes it the busiest of all!

Everything starts on the boat, if you do not have great experience determining the directional flow of sea currents, I recommend that you lean on the captain since in general they have great experience about it, as guides we usually tend to ignore this fact, which is very important!Once you have it clear and you have determined where the current flows, you will begin to plan what type of dive you are going to have, Dibba rock leaves you a few options to plan your dive, but worth it are only two for me.

  The first will be a shallow dive, surrounded by the entire front of the rock, almost like a snorkeling experience but with the Scuba equipnent e.g.

second and least favorite for me, the rodeo on the back which is incredibly popular and i think its because in general people like to go deep, which in my opinion is the most disastrous option you can take in this dive site since most of the marine life is found in its low surroundings.

Now, what will be the best result to have, the best possible experience in this place. It's if you somehow manage to combine these two options. Enjoying a relatively deep dive while reveling all the marine life that Dibba Rock has to offer! Then everyone will be happy.
